Twining Snapdragon
Neogaerrhinum strictum

What a delightful surprise it was to find these lovely flowers for the first time in 2016. I only found one plant then, but after the tremendous rainy season of 2016-2017, a whole lot more sprouted.

This is what the first plant (or is it two?) looked like.

And this is how the Kellogg's Snapdragon plants looked in Spring 2017.

The vines will wrap around any available plant. This one is Bird'sfoot Cliffbrake Fern.

Here it's wound around Blue Toadflax.

Cozying up to Common Catchfly.

Old branches make great supports.

And you can always wrap around family.
